## About the house

The villa has a separate king-size bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and an approximately 30 m² private ocean-facing terrace. The bedroom includes a ceiling fan, blackout curtains, storage, a safe and USB sockets. The living room has a TV with Claro and access to your own streaming platforms. The bathroom has a hot-water shower, hairdryer, bath and pool towels and welcome products. Daily housekeeping and bed making are included; linen is changed weekly for extended stays. Tap water is potable, and coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are provided. Shared estate facilities include the pool, a panoramic Rancho with equipped kitchen, barbecue, island, dining areas, TV and foosball, gardens with ponds and bridges, and an observation tower with a telescope. A six-seat heated spa is available 24/7 and shared only with one other casita when occupied. A three-level private waterfall is reached through the jungle. The estate has public-network and well water supplies and a generator for prolonged power outages. A playground includes a slide, trampoline and zip line. Wildlife regularly seen on the estate includes howler and capuchin monkeys and numerous birds; other animal sightings are possible.

Free access to the estate's shared swimming pool, approximately 10 × 4 m, with terrace, sun loungers and outdoor shower. The pool has a submerged bench and shallow entry area.

Fiber internet advertised up to 200 Mbps, with Wi-Fi on almost the entire property and Starlink backup.

Access after leaving the Costanera is via a passable track; internal estate roads are paved. An SUV or 4×4 is recommended, especially during the rainy season. Playa Hermosa is about 4 minutes away; Dominicalito and the beaches of Dominical are 5–7 minutes away, downtown Dominical 7 minutes and Uvita 10 minutes. Marino Ballena National Park is about 12–13 minutes away, Nauyaca waterfalls 30–35 minutes and Manuel Antonio about 45 minutes. The waterfall route descends a staircase through the forest, followed by about 50 metres along a stream.

Pets require prior request. Baby equipment is free upon request. Optional homemade brunch, on-site massages, a private chef, pre-arrival shopping, excursions, celebration touches and personalized private events can be arranged by reservation for an additional fee.
