The house

The private chlorine pool measures 7.5 × 4 metres and is 0.9–2 metres deep. Outside there are an outdoor shower, three sunloungers, a terrace and a porch for alfresco meals.

The main floor is accessed from street level. It has an air-conditioned living room with satellite TV and music facilities, an adjoining dining room, and a kitchen with a ceramic hob, cooking equipment, a table and chairs, and outdoor access. This floor also has a shower bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and one with a single bed. Stairs beside the entrance lead down to a second shower bathroom and two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes.

One cot and one high chair are available. The house has oil central heating and Wi-Fi. The laundry room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house is in a quieter residential area with services nearby and options to get around on foot, by bicycle, bus or car. Can Pere Antoni Beach is 3.6 km away, Son Muntaner golf course is 3.9 km away, and the bus stop is 0.09 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 14.8 km away, Palma train station 3.8 km, Puerto de Palma ferry port 3.2 km and Hospital Son Espases 6.4 km away.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 seeking a peaceful stay. Pets, parties, celebrations and events are not permitted.
