Villa Terre Normanne consists of three separate buildings about 30 metres apart. The main house has a living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, fireplaces, a cellar for wine tasting and bedrooms with views of Mount Etna. The estate also has a large pool, outdoor dining areas, a gazebo with barbecue, a garden and parking inside the gate.

The pool is about 50 metres from the main house and measures 16 x 8 metres, with a progressive depth of 1.00 to 2.10 metres. It is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday in October, with an outdoor cold-water shower and bathroom nearby. The pool area is bordered by lawn and has sunbeds and umbrellas.

The nearest beaches are San Marco, 21 km away, and Taormina, 30 km away. Taormina is about 30 minutes away by car. The 1.6 km lane leading to the house is unpaved, with narrow bends and an irregular surface. Parking is limited to 4–5 uncovered spaces inside the property.

Pets are accepted on request. The property is partly enclosed by a cross-wood fence and pots with metal mesh approximately 1.70 m high. The three buildings are about 30 metres apart, and the main house is connected across two floors by an external staircase. The pool is open seasonally from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday in October.
