The guest area occupies former stables with traditional Italian-style interiors, a courtyard and covered terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, outdoor dining and several shaded relaxation areas. The property includes 20 acres of olive cultivation with walking and jogging areas, a bocce court and a ping-pong table. Guests staying in September and early October may join the olive harvest. The owner's residence is adjacent, 40 metres from the original stables, and no other guests will be present on site when this solution is rented.
