The guest accommodation occupies the former stables in a traditional U-shaped layout around a central courtyard and covered terrace. The property has shaded outdoor areas, olive-growing grounds for walking and jogging, a bocce court, a ping-pong table and an infinity pool 150 metres from the house. The pool is open from May 1 to October 31. The owner's residence is adjacent, 40 metres from the original stables.
