Villa Terra del Sole is a restored 19th-century farmhouse with original stonework and exposed beams. The guest accommodation occupies the former stables in a traditional U-shaped layout around a central courtyard and covered terrace. The property has shaded outdoor areas, olive-growing grounds for walking and jogging, a bocce court, a ping-pong table and an infinity pool 150 metres from the house. The pool is open from May 1 to October 31. The owner's residence is adjacent, 40 metres from the original stables.

Licata is 4 km away for shops, restaurants and bars. The closest beaches are between 1 and 4 km away: Molarella is 2 km away, and Spiaggia Poliscia and Cala del Re are each 4 km away. The last 100 metres of the access road are a flat white beaten road. The property has uncovered parking for four cars.

Pets are not allowed. The property is not fenced. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The owner’s residence is adjacent to the property.
