The villa is in a hilly position between Monte Baldo and Lake Garda. Access includes 500 m of unpaved road through the vineyards. Lake Garda is 30 km away, Caprino Veronese is 3 km away, and the A22 Affi exit is 9 km away.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The rate does not cover unauthorized events or extra guests. Pets are permitted with mandatory extra cleaning. The pool is open from 1 May to 5 October.
