What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
How many guests can stay at Villa Taman & Villa Serai?
The villa accommodates up to two guests with one bedroom and one bed. Additional guests may be possible with prior arrangement.
Does this villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool exclusively for guest use, which is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What amenities are included?
Key amenities include a pool, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, garden and kitchen. Additional amenities may be available on the property page, and the amenities are included in the booking price.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled or modified more than seven days before arrival, 50% of the booking item amount is charged. If cancelled or modified less than seven days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount is charged. The payment is 100% of the booking item amount.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Is Wi-Fi available and is it fast enough for remote work?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Most villas have fiber-optic connections suitable for video calls, streaming and remote work. Guests with specific bandwidth requirements should confirm the connection speed before booking.
