RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Villa Talia offers the perfect balance between breathtaking sea and mountain views and a fresh, modern design, making it an ideal holiday home for couples or small groups seeking relaxation and beauty. Masterfully designed by Sicilian architect Sandro Giacomarra, the villa was conceived to maximize the spectacular sea views, which can be enjoyed from almost every indoor space and all outdoor areas. The modern palette of whites and greys, brightened by colorful textiles and artworks scattered throughout the home, gives the villa a unique, and refined style. The shaded outdoor kitchen and dining area, along with the large terrace running the length of the façade, provide the perfect setting for long al fresco lunches, prepared on the barbecue or in the wood-fired oven. The small infinity pool with stunning views and the cozy outdoor lounge complete the experience. Please note that the owner has a small wooden house about 15 meters from the villa, where he stays on weekends in order to be available for check-in, check-out, or any other needs. The pool is not visible from his house, but the access road is shared. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, which is not enclosed by a safety railing.
