Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets must weigh less than 20 kg. Additional cleaning is mandatory when animals stay at the property. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted; villa services may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
Getting there
The villa is on a hillside above Torre del Benaco. Beaches are 500 m away. The last part of the access road is unpaved and narrow because the house is in a protected natural area. The property has a two-level garden connected by steps, and steps lead from the entrance area to the lawn and pool. Three covered parking spaces are available inside the property.
