The villa accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms with four bathrooms. The bedrooms are on the lower floor and have en-suite bathrooms and modern furnishings. The entrance level contains the living room, lounge and dining area, combining Cycladic styling, stone-built seating and wooden elements. All entrance-level living areas open onto the terrace.

Outside, there is a private pool accessible from the bedrooms or by a staircase, sun beds, pool towels, outdoor furniture, pergolas, two private terraces and an exterior lounging area. Outdoor dining includes a table for eight, a BBQ and a wood fire. A bar and outdoor sound system are also available. The property has private parking and a helicopter landing field.

Indoor amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a kitchen, refrigerator, coffee facilities, minibar, fireplace, dining table, flat-screen television with cable/satellite channels, DVD player and a stereo system with CD.
