The house

The villa has a first-floor open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, opening directly onto an outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, 30-litre freezer, oven, microwave, coffee brewer and dishwasher.

Three furnished double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are on the second floor. Two bedrooms share a terrace overlooking the surrounding area. All rooms are air-conditioned. There are four bathrooms in total, each with a shower, toilet and hot and cold water.

The 474 m² grounds have a fenced garden, a 34 m² private outdoor pool, an outdoor shower, eight sun loungers and a covered poolside lounge. An outdoor hot tub, Finnish sauna, trampoline and exercise equipment are available. The home also has some underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer and iron. One high chair and one cot are available.

Restaurants and traditional konobas are within walking distance; the nearest restaurant is 150 m away. The sea and rocky coast are 1 km away, and PUY airport is 13 km away. Free on-site parking accommodates two vehicles. Consumption costs are included.
