## About the house

Villa Sunset Aura is a 150 m² house renovated in June 2022, arranged over two levels and a loft. The upper level contains the dining and lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious sea- and sunset-facing balcony. The loft bedroom has two single beds; the three ground-level bedrooms each have a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the 80 m² outdoor patio garden.

The ground level opens to a private freshwater swimming pool with outdoor lounge and dining areas. Sunbeds, umbrellas and pool towels are available. Indoor facilities include individually controlled air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a writing desk, a 55-inch Smart 4K television with satellite channels, Netflix and YouTube, and bedroom safes. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker; a washing machine, iron and ironing board and barbecue grill are also available.

Light cleaning is included every two days, with linen and towels changed every two days. Bathroom amenities, bathrobes, slippers and hairdryers are provided, and a baby crib is available. Welcome provisions include wine, fruit and a basket of local delicacies and sparkling wine.

Services include 24-hour concierge and reception/front desk, airport and port transfers, car and motorbike rental, boat trips, laundry and ironing, massage, beauty treatments on request and a doctor on request. Free parking is available on the premises.
