House rules
No smoking. No pets. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. A refundable €1,000 security deposit is required. A €150 booking fee applies, and the Balearic ecotax is €2.20 per night per person. Cancellation charges are 50% of the total rent from booking until 61 days before check-in and 100% from 60 days before check-in, including no-show.
Getting there
The villa is 7 km from Cala Sant Vicenç sandy beach and 5.5 km from Pollença town centre. It is described as a five-minute drive from beaches, the marina and Pollensa Old Town. Open-air parking has 5 spaces.
