## About the house

The restored farmhouse has exposed stone walls and pale stone paving. The main villa and two annexes are connected by gravel paths and planted borders. The property has a pergola with outdoor dining and a barbecue area, an outdoor pool and a hydromassage tub above the house, and views over the hills towards Mount Etna.

It is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. A round hydromassage tub is also available; it is 2 m in diameter, 60 cm deep and heated.

The property is approximately 2.5 km from Sortino. Access includes a private gravel track; the last 50 m to the house is paved, and the automatic gate is 150 m from the house. Gravel paths connect the buildings and the pool. The pool is reached by approximately 15 steps. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
