The house

The villa has a covered, furnished veranda with dining and relaxation areas leading into a living room with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, large windows, sofas and a dining table. The adjacent equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and toaster.

The ground floor has a queen-bed bedroom with an en suite bathroom and shower. Upstairs are two queen-bed bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds. An additional bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete the layout. A washing machine, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

Outside are a large swimming pool, sun terrace, covered lounge and a patio around the house. The pool is open from May 1 to September 30.

The villa is in the hills of Erice, a medieval town in Sicily. Trapani airport is a 25-minute drive away; Palermo airport is 50 minutes away.
