## About the house

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area connected to the outdoor patio and private pool by large double sliding doors. Balconies and relaxation areas provide additional places to sit. Each bedroom and the living area have individual air-conditioning units.

The master suite has a king-size bed, a private bathroom and a small couch that folds out into a small day bed. It opens onto both upstairs balconies. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed; one opens onto an upstairs balcony and the other is on the downstairs main floor. An extra double mattress is available for additional children by inquiry. All beds have 100% cotton sheets.

The kitchen includes stainless-steel pots and pans, glassware, china dishes, a microwave and a refrigerator. Yoga mats and boogie boards are available on-site; boogie boards are used at guests’ own risk. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer, an outdoor shower and a lawn. Guests have private use of the entire villa and pool.

The property is gated, with parking outside the gate and exterior security cameras. Pool cleaning takes place every Tuesday and Friday, when maintenance staff enter through the outside pool gate.

Cleaned every Tuesday and Friday. Maintenance staff access the pool through the outside pool gate on those days.

The beach is a three-minute walk away. Restaurants, groceries, yoga studios, surf shops and Main Street are within walking distance; a car is not needed locally. All-wheel drive is recommended during the rainy season for trips to other towns. The drive from San José (SJO) Airport takes approximately 2.5–3 hours. Alternatively, a 20-minute flight from SJO to Quepos Airport is followed by a 30-minute drive. Parking is outside the gate.

Inquire about use of the extra double mattress for additional children. Boogie boards are used at guests’ own risk. Despite pest control, occasional encounters with tropical insects, lizards, rodents and reptiles may occur and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. Cleaning fee: $66 (may vary).
