Ea Bianca beach is 120 m away and described as a short stroll. The property is in Cala dei Ginepri near Baia Sardinia. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. A stone path leads to the front door, and the pool requires descending 19 stone steps. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
