## About the house

The villa has two separate queen bedrooms and a furnished terrace overlooking tropical vegetation and the Pacific. Amenities include ceiling fans, storage, a safe, bed linens and a 60-inch TV with Claro and access to guests' own streaming platforms. The bathroom has a hot-water shower, hairdryer, bath and pool towels, and welcome products. Daily housekeeping and bed making are included; linens are changed weekly for extended stays. The kitchen includes a gas stove, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware and utensils. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are provided, and tap water is potable. Shared estate facilities include a pool, a Pacific-facing Rancho with a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, dining areas, large TV and foosball, a tropical garden with ponds and bridges, and an observation tower with panoramic ocean views and a telescope. A three-level waterfall is reached by a landscaped staircase through the forest followed by approximately 50 metres along a stream. Monkeys and tropical birds frequent the estate; other wildlife may also be seen. The estate has public-network and well water supplies and a generator for extended power outages. Brunch, massages, a private chef, pre-arrival groceries, excursions, celebration touches and personalized private events can be arranged by reservation at extra cost. Baby equipment is available on request.

The estate's shared pool measures approximately 10 × 4 m and has a terrace, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and evening lighting.

Fiber internet advertised at up to 200 Mbps, with Wi-Fi across almost the entire property and Starlink backup.

Access from the Costanera is via a passable track; roads inside the estate are paved. An SUV or 4×4 is recommended, especially in the rainy season. Access to the villa involves stairs. The waterfall route includes a large staircase through the forest and approximately 50 metres along a stream. Playa Hermosa is about 4 minutes away; Dominicalito and Dominical beaches are 5–7 minutes away. Dominical is about 7 minutes away and Uvita about 10 minutes away. Marino Ballena National Park is about 12–13 minutes away, Nauyaca waterfalls 30–35 minutes and Manuel Antonio about 45 minutes.

Pets require a prior request. Baby equipment is available on request. Optional brunch, massages, private-chef services, pre-arrival groceries, excursions, celebration touches and personalized private events require reservation and cost extra.
