The villa is 50 metres from the sea. Cala dell’Acqua Viva is 750 metres away and Marina di Marittima is 1.5 km away. The nearest services are in Marittima, 1.5 km away, and the nearest sandy beaches are a short drive along the coast. Access roads are paved up to the entrance.

Small pets are permitted. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. The property is not fenced. The pool is seasonal and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
