It has two living areas, panoramic terraces, a kitchen, a private pool and an outdoor hydromassage tub. The property is 50 metres from the sea. Mobile and internet signals may be limited due to the secluded natural setting.

The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. A hydromassage tub for four people is nearby; a pool-area bathroom with WC and a cold-water shower is provided.

Internet Wi-Fi connection (connection not suitable for smart working). Mobile and internet signals may be limited due to the secluded natural setting.

The villa is 50 metres from the sea. Cala dell’Acqua Viva is 750 metres away and Marina di Marittima is 1.5 km away. The nearest sandy beaches are a short drive along the coast. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. The property has an upper entrance and a lower coastal entrance with direct pedestrian access to the sea road.

Small pets are allowed. The property is not certified for reduced mobility access. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
