The house

Villa Sirene occupies 500 sqm on 5,400 sqm of private hillside land, 80 metres above sea level. Its 180-degree views overlook the southern beaches of Elia, Agrari and Super Paradise. The interiors combine modern minimalist architecture with beach-house elements, and a private staff of two serves the villa.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has modern appliances and opens onto a living-sitting area with direct access to the pool and terraces. Ten air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, are distributed across the first floor, ground floor, basement and pool area. Two ground-floor bedrooms each include a king bed and sofa bed; two other bedrooms each have two king beds. A separate maid’s room is also provided.

Outside are a 100 sqm private lagoon-like infinity pool, a wooden shaded pergola, 800 sqm of verandas and 140 sqm of pergolas. Parking accommodates 20 cars. Downtown Mykonos is 2 miles away.
