## About the house

The villa has an open-plan equipped kitchen, dining table and living area with direct access to an outdoor terrace for dining. Outdoor spaces include an outdoor kitchen, garden sofas and a barbecue area.

The first bedroom has a double bed and private terrace. The triple bedroom has a double bed and a single bed; the third bedroom has a double sofa bed, and the fourth has a single bed. The two double beds are listed as queen-size. Both bathrooms have a shower and bidet. The single bedroom has no air conditioning.

The private swimming pool is open from 1 May to 3 November. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television and hairdryer are available. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, boiler, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer.

Noto's historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with Noto Cathedral and Palazzo Ducezio among its landmarks. Calamosche beach is on the coast. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is approximately 90 km from Noto, and Comiso Pio La Torre Airport is 80 km from Noto.

Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
