House rules
The usual changeover day is Saturday, with possible flexibility during low season. The property accommodates 8 guests without the extra-guest charge; guests 9 through 12 require an additional charge and extra bed. The property is self-catered. Food hampers can be arranged in advance for an additional cost. A cot, pushchair, baby high chair and baby bouncy chair are available as optional extras. Tourism taxes may apply under current legislation.

Praia do Vale do Olival is 600 m away and Praia dos Tremoços is 1.2 km away. Armação de Pêra centre is 1.4 km away. Renting a car is not essential for the stay. The property has private parking.
