Built in 2019, Villa Seawinds accommodates six guests across two floors in a quiet neighborhood, 4.9 km from Mykonos Town. The villa has three bedrooms, two on the upper level, with bathrooms featuring rain showers and private balconies. Views extend across the Aegean Sea toward Syros and Rhenia.

The lower level includes a living room with a convertible sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor seating area. Stairs lead down to a 30 m² private outdoor infinity pool with sea and sunset views, flowers and sun loungers. Outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ grill are available.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an ADSL internet connection, smart and flat-screen TVs, Netflix, soundproof windows, a safe, a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing equipment. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Linen and towels are changed twice weekly; pool and beach towels are available. Parking is free for two cars.

Services include airport and port transfers, car and motorbike rental, boat trips, massage, beach sunbeds and umbrellas, and shower and changing facilities. A private chef, beauty treatments and a doctor are available on request. A 24-hour concierge service is offered; requested concierge services carry an extra charge. Pets are allowed only on request.
