Common areas include a swimming pool, a rancho/patio, second- and third-floor kitchens and balconies, second-floor dining, and a third-floor living room and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped. A gas grill, Bluetooth speaker, daily cleaning and an overnight doorman are available. One pre-arrival shopping-list delivery is included free, and standard concierge service is included throughout the stay; concierge upgrades are available.

The villa is directly on Jaco Beach, with a gate leading to the beach. Miro Mountain's free jungle hiking path is one block away. Jaco town center is a ride of less than five minutes away.

Maximum occupancy is 20 people. Exceptions may be made for corporate retreats, couples or large families with children. Minimum stays are three nights from May 1 through December 18 and January 6 through April 30, and six nights from December 19 through January 5.
