This is a private structure available for lease only. The garden is fenced with nets and railings at least 100 cm high. Pets are allowed. The pool is seasonal and available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
Getting there
The villa is in Pieve Ligure on the Ligurian coast. Genoa is about 18 km away; Pieve Ligure beaches are 2 km away, Sori is 5 km away, Santa Margherita Ligure is 16 km away, and Portofino is 24 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. The property is on the slopes of the Apennines, and the garden has two sloping terraces connected by stone paths. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
