The villa has three floors, panoramic terraces, a sitting room, two dining areas, a modern kitchen, a second sitting room with kitchenette, a garden of about 2,000 sq m, internal parking and a pool. The pool measures 12.5 x 4.5 m, has a variable depth of 1.25 to 1.75 m, salt purification, a cold-water shower and access by large steps. It is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday in October.
