The villa is 1.5 km from Riccione and its beaches. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. The garden has stone walkways with some steps, and the pool is reached by stone steps from the entrance.

The property is available for lease only. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests, advertised as 10 guests plus 2 extra guests. Pets are accepted on request.
