## About the house

The villa occupies the ground floor. Its living area has a vaulted ceiling with exposed stone, a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The separate kitchen includes a dining area, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, freezer and toaster.

There are three bedrooms. Two have queen-size beds, one of which can be split into twin beds on request. The third bedroom is accessed from the kitchen, has a queen-size bed and opens directly onto the pool. Shower facilities and a hairdryer are available.

Outdoor spaces include a private pool, barbecue area, furnished patio for outdoor meals and an outdoor shower. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and mosquito nets are available.

The villa is a few minutes from central Martina Franca in the Itria Valley. Local sights include the Basilica of San Martino, Plebiscito Square and Palazzo Ducale, which houses natural-science and pictorial-art museums. Nearby destinations include Locorotondo, Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Alberobello and Ostuni. Pianelle Natural Park is about 15 km away; Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Castellana Grotte are about a 40-minute drive away. Coastal destinations include Campomarino, Porto Cesareo, Torre Guaceto, Torre Canne and Capitolo. Bari and Brindisi airports are a little over an hour away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
