The villa has a private chlorine pool measuring 5.5 × 2.5 m with a constant depth of 1.90 m, an outdoor shower, a porch for outdoor meals and an outdoor sofa area.
The ground floor contains a living room with Smart TV opening onto the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, an integrated washing machine and an iron. There are two twin bedrooms, one with air conditioning, a shower bathroom and a games room with a pool table.
Upstairs are a second lounge with a sofa and four twin bedrooms, all with air conditioning. One bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom; two additional shower rooms serve this floor. A cot and high chair can be provided.
