The property is about 100 metres along an unpaved access road. The pool is about 30 metres from the house and is accessed by a staircase. San Gusmè is 1.5 km away, Castelnuovo Berardenga is 3.5 km away, and Siena train station is 27 km away. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 80 km away. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
