Cann’e Sisa beach borders the property and is 50 m away. Kal'e Moru is 4 km away, Solanas is 7 km away and Villasimius is 15 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Three covered parking spaces are available within the property.

Unauthorized parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. The three adjacent units are not internally connected.
