## About the house

The villa accommodates up to 13 guests, with an additional annex available at extra cost for groups of more than eight. The ground floor has a kitchen, a master bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has a living room, a mezzanine with a double sofa bed and an armchair bed, a master bedroom, a triple bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The annex has a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The swimming pool is beside the annex and opens from June to September.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, television, a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave and hairdryer. Air conditioning is limited to the first and second floors. Approximately four outdoor parking spaces are available.

The entrance is next to Valle Christi restaurant, with a steep uphill approach. The motorway exit is three minutes away by car, and Rapallo Golf and Tennis Club and the ruins of Valle Christi are nearby. Caretakers live in a separate house on the property year-round; they are not available for routine guest assistance but can intervene in an emergency.

The pool is beside the annex and is open from June to September.

Access to the villa is via a rather steep uphill path. The entrance is next to Valle Christi restaurant. The motorway exit is three minutes away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. For groups of more than eight guests, the additional annex is available at extra cost; contact the team to add additional beds, within the maximum occupancy of 13. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations. Arrange the check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
