House rules
The standard occupancy is 8 guests. Guests 9 through 11 incur an additional charge that includes extra bedding. The property is self-catered. A group deposit of €250 per guest is payable by card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Tourism taxes may apply. Fixed dates that do not coincide with the usual Saturday moving day should be confirmed before booking.
Getting there
Praia dos Salgados is 3.9 km away and Praia São Lourenço is 3.6 km away. The property is next to the sea area and close to beaches. Renting a car is not essential for the stay. The usual moving day is Saturday, with possible flexibility during low season.
