The house

The first level has four master bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, plus a large courtyard with a lounge area and sea views. The second level has two living rooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with additional shaded lounge and dining areas. The third level contains an independent guest suite with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, private living room, separate entrance and sea views.

The private infinity pool overlooks the sea. Outdoor facilities include sun loungers, a daybed hammock, an outdoor bar and shaded seating and dining areas. The villa has a private entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, a fireplace, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a TV and a stereo system with CD player. Bathrooms with showers, linens, towels and a first aid kit are provided; linen and towels are changed every two days.

Kalo Livadi Beach is a short walk away, with organized beach facilities and the Solymar and Lohan beach venues nearby. Sea, sunrise and sunset views are available from the property.
