House rules
The standard occupancy is 8 guests. Guests 9 to 11 incur an additional charge that includes an extra bed. The property is self-catered. A group deposit of €200 per guest is payable by credit or debit card up to two weeks before arrival. Tourism taxes may apply. Fixed travel dates that do not coincide with the usual Thursday moving day should be confirmed before booking.
Getting there
The villa is in Ferreiras, in the Albufeira area. Praia dos Pescadores is 7.3 km away, Praia da Oura is 7.8 km away, Ferreiras is 1.7 km away, Pingo Doce Ferreiras is 2.0 km away and Faro Airport is 42.1 km away. Renting a car is not essential. The usual moving day is Thursday, although flexibility may be possible in low season.
