House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house has two floors, with all bedrooms upstairs. Port d'Alcúdia beach is 500 m away. The Ctra. d'Artà bus stop is 210 m away, the ferry terminal is 4.1 km away and Son Sant Joan Airport is 55.4 km away. Outdoor parking is limited to one car.
