## About the house

The approximately 118 m² house occupies two floors, with one air-conditioning unit on each floor. The ground floor has a combined living and dining room with two sofas, satellite television and a dining table seating six. A separate equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. Two have a double bed, wardrobe and access to a small balcony with canal views; the third has two single beds and a wardrobe. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower, and the upstairs bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and high chair are provided, along with towels and a hair dryer.

The fully fenced plot has a furnished terrace for outdoor meals, two sun loungers, a built-in barbecue and an outdoor shower. There is no swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for one car are available.

Port d'Alcúdia beach is 500 m away. The Ctra. d'Artà bus stop is 210 m away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 55.4 km away, and the Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal is 4.1 km away.
