The house

The villa has 200 m² of living space on one floor. The living room has two sofas and satellite TV, the dining table seats eight, and the glazed porch provides additional sofa seating. Air conditioning is available throughout the house. Each of the four bedrooms has two single beds and a wardrobe. Both bathrooms have showers. A cot and high chair are available on request.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided, along with towels and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi is free.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 7 × 4 metres, with depths from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. Sun loungers, a garden, terrace, barbecue and outdoor seating areas provide space to relax. The property boundary is fenced, and privacy is partial.

Bonaire is a residential area of Alcúdia in northern Mallorca, with restaurants in the neighbourhood. Mal Pas Beach is 0.4 km away, Alcúdia is 2 km away and Alcanada Golf is 5 km away. Alcúdia's street market takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays, and Puerto de Alcúdia offers nightlife.
