## About the house

Villa Rica accommodates six guests and has a large fenced garden. The lower floor has a rustic open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a sofa, wooden armchair, TV and fireplace. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, moka pot, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. A lower-floor bedroom has a queen-size bed and closet and overlooks a small pergola with a table and table soccer. A bathroom with a shower and washing machine completes this floor.

Upstairs are a queen-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with large closets, plus a bathroom with a bathtub. The villa has two independent entrances. The ground-floor entrance opens to a porch with a kitchen area, fridge, dining table and wood oven; the other entrance gives access to a terrace with beach chairs and an umbrella. Wi-Fi, an iron, hairdryer and mosquito net are available.

The residential setting is five minutes by car from the center of Santa Margherita Ligure on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is 2.5 km away and Genoa airport is 42 km away. Courtyard parking is limited to three small or medium-sized cars; larger cars can be left about 150 meters before the villa. A tourist tax may be payable before or upon arrival under local regulations.

Direct vehicle access to the house gate is possible only for small or medium-sized cars, with courtyard space for a maximum of three cars. Larger cars can be left about 150 meters before the villa.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for more information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. The check-in window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out require a request and are subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
