Outside, there is a covered terrace with dining for 10, an outdoor kitchen with a fixed barbecue and stone oven, a lawned garden and a 4 m by 4 m pool that is 1.5 m deep. The villa is in a quiet residential area above Cefalù. The road leading to the gate is a white road. Sant'Ambrogio is 3 km away, Cefalù is about 8 km away, and the beaches at Sant'Ambrogio and Cefalù are 3 km and 8 km away respectively. Three uncovered parking spaces are available inside the property.

The property accommodates up to 8 guests, but from April 1 to May 4 and throughout October it is preferred for a maximum of 4 guests because the interior may be less comfortable for larger groups in cooler weather. Pets are accepted on request. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms.
