What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
How many guests can stay?
The villa accommodates two guests with one bedroom and one bed. Additional guests may be possible only by prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The private swimming pool is exclusively for your use during your stay and is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What amenities are included?
Air conditioning, a swimming pool, Wi-Fi, TV and a kitchen are included.
What is the cancellation and payment policy?
Cancellation or modification more than 14 days before arrival incurs a charge of 50% of the booking item amount. Cancellation or modification less than 14 days before arrival, or a no-show, incurs the full booking item amount. Payment is 100% of the booking item amount.
Where is the villa located?
The villa is in Uluwatu, Bali. The exact address is provided upon booking confirmation.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Are there special notes or house rules?
Lock valuables in the safety deposit box. Events and outside guests are not allowed. Commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions.
Is Wi-Fi available?
High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Confirm the connection speed before booking if you have specific bandwidth requirements.
