Shops and services in Carovigno are 3 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance, and private parking is within the property.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access, and the grounds are not fenced. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
