The house

The house is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a living-dining room with exposed beams, a fireplace, Smart TV and air conditioning, a fully equipped ceramic-hob kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with air conditioning and wardrobes, plus a second bathroom with a bathtub. Two bedrooms have balcony access. A further staircase leads to a small open terrace with two chairs, a table and sea views.

Outside are a 6 × 2 m chlorine pool, a paved relaxation area, a portable barbecue, a garden and a ping-pong table. The pool is 1–1.80 m deep and has a safety system. A cot and high chair can be provided. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are available. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, crockery and tea towels.

S'Estanyol Beach is 350 m away, about a five-minute walk. Colònia de Sant Pere is 1 km away, and the local bus stop is 500 m away. Outdoor parking is available for one car.
