House rules
The standard occupancy is 10 guests. Guests 11 and 12 incur an additional charge that includes an extra bed. A group deposit of €150 per guest is payable by credit or debit card up to two weeks before arrival. The property is self-catered. Food hampers are available to book in advance for an additional cost. Tourism taxes may apply.
Getting there
Praia dos Pescadores is 1.9 km away and Praia do Peneco is 1.4 km away. The property is close to supermarkets and beaches. Renting a car is not essential. The usual moving day is Thursday, although there may be flexibility during low season. Dates that do not coincide with the usual moving day should be confirmed before booking.
