House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, while the bedroom inventory provides eight beds. A refundable security deposit of €500 is required.
Getting there
The villa is a 10-minute stroll from the centre of Port Pollensa and a 3-minute walk from the Pine Walk and sandy beach. The property has steps at the entrance and between levels; the underground parking area connects to the villa by steps.
