This is a private structure available for lease only. The property is partially fenced with mesh. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday in October. Pets are allowed. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
Getting there
The villa is about 800 m from shops and services in Alberoro. Access includes 400 m of unpaved road. The property is about 15 minutes from the A1 motorway; the Arezzo exit is 11 km away from the north and the Monte San Savino exit is 8 km away from the south. Arezzo railway station is 17 km away.
