The property has a private outdoor pool measuring approximately 3.8 m by 11 m and 1.5–1.55 m deep. It also has a heated indoor pool measuring approximately 2.75 m by 4.1 m and 1.45 m deep. Indoor-pool heating is free from 1 October to 30 April and charged weekly during other months; the stated maximum temperature is 25–28°C. The outdoor pool terrace has sun loungers, umbrellas, seating, a barbecue, a hammock and an outdoor shower.

The last 500–600 m of the road to the villa is a steep incline. The property is 4 km from the sea/beach, 3 km from the centre and 300 m from a mini market. An independently accessed apartment is located upstairs in a separate building; its entrances and exits are separate from the villa.

A security camera is present at the villa. The villa is cleaned before arrival, and clean towels are prepared according to the guest capacity. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early each morning, except for the indoor pool.
