## About the house

The newly built villa has contemporary interiors and open-concept living and dining areas beside the kitchen. The main dining table seats 10, and the living area opens toward the pool and gazebo. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning; the living areas are also air-conditioned. The primary bedroom has large windows, Guest Bedroom 2 has access toward the pool area, and Guest Bedroom 4 has outdoor views through large windows.

The main kitchen has marble countertops, an island and appliances for meals at home. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, blender and barbecue. The gazebo provides an additional living area with a large TV, seating, dining space and a kitchenette. A broad pool patio and outdoor seating provide space for lounging.

A housekeeper, cook and waiter are included. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, parking, a washer and dryer, hot water, a safe, a hair dryer, satellite or cable TV and a speaker system. The home is single-level.

Villa Porton is within Casa de Campo, near Dye Fore Golf Course, Altos de Chavon and the marina. Resort registration provides access to selected facilities and services. Concierge arrangements can include airport transfers, private travel, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, tours, excursions, dining reservations, catering, yoga, in-villa massages and additional staff.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Christmas and New Year stays require a seven-night minimum. All guests must register before arrival to access Casa de Campo resort amenities; registration requires guest names and passport numbers. Registration is paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day for ages 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 through 12, and complimentary for children under 4. Registration may provide access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, Casa de Campo Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fee are additional charges. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required.
